User Narrtives

The User Narrative helped me to understand the personas better. It allowed me to state to problems faced by the demographics and what solutions the app would be able to provide for them. It also was an opportunity to come up with some value propositions for the site.

Regina wants an easier way to find transportation to downtown Harrisonburg.
    • –  Solution: “Regina was invited out again by her friends and knew that she didn’t havea way to meet them. One of her friends suggested she use a new website that gives detailed descriptions of public transportation and parking in the down town area.
